What local SEO and listing care actually include each month

Local search work is easy to oversell. Posting twice, changing a description, and mailing a PDF isn’t enough. Ongoing work needs a starting point, a schedule, and a clear report of what ran.

The core listing work is categories, services, attributes, and the description on the Google Business Profile (GBP). Those fields are how Google figures out which searches you might fit. They go stale when you add a service, drop one, or never wrote them for search in the first place.

The same service names should show up on the listing, in the posts, and in the review replies. For the website, we usually send SEO suggestions for the site you already have. We can talk about building a new one if you need it. We don’t promise a rank.

Then there’s publishing: posts, photos, and offers. Customers use that as a check that someone is running the place. Review replies matter too. Unanswered reviews make the listing look unattended — and people notice before they call.

A report should show what we did and where the listing shows up in different neighborhoods — not traffic from people who already searched your business name. We also check whether something like ChatGPT mentions the business. That report shows what ran. It doesn’t mean ChatGPT will recommend you.

The audit is free. It shows the listing, the reviews, and where you show up around town. It does not start billing.
